Why are symbols TRTX.PC and NYMTL not recognized?

Symbols TRTX.PC and NYMTL are not valid in search or to be able to add to portfolios. These are recent Preferred listings, and although they have not yet paid a dividend, the symbols have existed for MONTHS. You recognize the original OTC symbols, but not the current exchange-traded symbols.

How would you rate the customer service you received?

Thanks!It would have been helpful to get an email that this was resolved....shouldn't that be automatic? Just wondering what the policy is.
