IP blocked

My PC is blocked from seeking alpha, with no clear reason. I have scanned all PCs with several antiviruses and nothing was found. I'm only able to acess the website with VPN, or when my cellphone is not connected to my home's wifi. Could someone help me fix it?

On top of that, even with VPN, no article is accessible right now - I'm directly sent to the "yikes" page. 

How would you rate the customer service you received?

Nope, it is not a local ISP problem.My neighbours can access the website.When I turn off the wifi, I can access the website through my phone (it's the same provider)

SA website inaccessibility seems like a local ISP issue. Please contact your ISP.

The "YIKES" issue was fixed/addressed and is working fine now.
