Why is HDO allowed to spam the site with a new article daily?

Rida and @pendragony publish a new article daily on this site clearly just to get paid whatever SA pays per article.  I mean 365 articles a year of picks lol…There is no way they own that many stocks.  Why should scammers have a platform to offer high risk high yield stocks to retirees be allowed from guys like pen that clearly have no financial background?  It’s basically just a money grab.
