I deleted my account and then received email saying "Your email address has been changed..."

The email says "Your email address has been changed, your new address is [MyEmail]@[MyEmailProvider].com.[RandomCharacters].deleted." The email address that was sent is my actual email address but with extra characters at the end.

I asked for my account to be DELETED which should erase all of my account information including my email etc. Changing my email address in your system is NOT the same as deleting my account.
