I cannot access my premium account

I had been using my premium account I have already paid for the entire year until suddenly today around one hour ago. The website doesn't allow me to login as previously, saying login and password combination is incorrect. I end up reseting password using the link sent to my email, following which I am logged in as a free subscriber only. I have repeated this process but with no luck, profile is totally different/empty.
