my email alerts suddenly stopped coming last night - my email is working just fine but not receiving any alerts i have added account@seekingalpha.com to my email contact list

How would you rate the customer service you received?

Everything looks good on this end. Did you check your spam or other folders?

seems that they can’t fix the alerts, I am going to delete the app and find a new service.

alerts are working fine now for me thank you 

somehow your system detected an issue with my email and stopped sending alerts and there was no way for me to know that alerts stopped and what went wrong
