Booking Dividends in Seeking Alpha Portfolio

I've recently added my holdings to the Seeking Alpha website to track returns under the "My Portfolio" tab toward the top.  When it comes to reinvesting dividends that have a zero cost basis, the only option is to select buy and enter a zero for purchase price.  Is this the correct way to book dividends?
