subscription no longer active after changing computers

I have an active subscription that no longer works after I changed computers. My portfolios show up initially, but as soon as I read an article, they disappear and I am informed that my access to "free articles" is about to end. At the same time, my portfolios disappear. This occurs despite me being logged in. It annoys the hell out of me that I have to address my problem by posting on your forum rather than informing a real person via chat or e-mail. If I don't get prompt resolution of this problem, I will SERIOUSLY consider cancelling my subscription.
