Article Rating system to downvote bad articles

With the current rating system you cannot penalize bad articles which affects overall article quality.

Including the rating system of youtube where you can dislike articles would fix this. You can even hide the dislikes but still have them for the algorithm.

This article is disliked by many readers, but there is no way to show this to the algorithm.
