I have observed some incorrect or incorrectly displayed data in recent weeks. The dividend for FTR is showing inaccurate information and the long-term charts for STWD are not accurate.

The averages are not updating. You have to close and reopen app to get updates 

Dow and naq doesn’t refresh

Market status windows

When I use Seeking Alpha on my iPhone, the market status windows do not change with the markets. How can I correct this?

Indexes not updating

Banner for portfolio containing 3 indexes dow, spx, and Nasdaq not refreshing. Currently seeing previous day’s values.

Just switched to iphone X older iphone 6 is fine.

Portfolio is not refreshing throughout the day. At 3:20 pm, showing yesterday’s numbers
Portfolio tab not displaying news

On the portfolio tab when I scroll down below all the stock tickers in my list I no longer see a list of latest news/analysis from my stocks. Hasn’t been updating since beginning of October.

Thanks for your messages and we apologize for any inconvenience.

We are aware of these issues and have deployed a new version (10.3.05) of the app which should fix this for all iOS customers.

In accordance with Apple's staging and deployment policy, we are slowly rolling out the new version to a small portion of customers everyday this week until we reach 100%.

Should you uninstall and reinstall the app you should receive the new version which will fix this issue. If this does not work for you immediately, we recommend trying again within 24 hours of your attempt.

Signed out, Force Stopped, Uninstalled & Reinstalled App. Still won't load portfolios or even market info

shutdown and started again. Working fine now.

same. Nothing updates and it never refreshes now. I have to click into a particular stock to get the most recent price.

I have updated to the current version and the previously mentioned data remains incorrect. V3.10.5 (2143)
