Unable to Update Account when using MFA

Ticket ID: #178915 - This ticket has been open for five months and the issue still exists.  Support has repeatedly provided false information to me and refuse to escalate to resolve this issue.  QuickBooks is able to update my broker account very easily, why is this PLAID company unable to do so?  


Prior to being a member, SA was happy to call me and have a screen sharing session, but now I have to beg for a response.  My SA subscription is due on August 2022, if I am not able to manually sync my broker account without first having to delete it, I will not renew.
