I stopped receiving email alerts on stocks in my SA portfolio. I check my Spam folder every day, and there are none there. I also have SA email addresses in my contacts list. Can anyone tell me how to start getting email alerts on stocks again?

go to the website and press on your portfolio picture and you will see a manage your alerts

I'm experiencing a similar issue.  I get daily portfolio summaries and some blog posts, but individual stock or author emails stopped just before Christmas. 


I've opened an issue with support.
