preferred share enhancements

It would be fantastic if Seeking Alpha would add some column metadata for preferred securities to make it easier to understand what one is looking at.  The following information is readily available, but not in a nice tabular format for screening purposes.

• Par value
• Discount to par
• Yield
• Cumulative Y/N
• Fixed or Fixed to Floating
• Call Date
• Maturity Date
