What is the source of the split data?

The split of STCN on Jan. 20, 2015 is shown as the following.

- 100:1

- 1:100

This does not make sense. But this error also appears on the fidelity website.

So, I suppose that the split data on seekingalpha and fidelity must from the same source. Does anybody know where the split data on seekingalpha is from?
