Hi Schall, I can see your portfolio in our system so it has not disappeared. Try to restart your browser and log in again and make sure you use the same user email that you use on the app. If you still have a problem, email firstname.lastname@example.org

Curious, what computer type is everyone on? I'm on a Mac. Is this a Mac specific issue? Neither Chrome nor Firefox works correctly.

I can see my portfolio when I click on "My Portfolio", then click "Data". But it is no longer on the lrft side of my screen anymore
I have e-mailed tech-support multiple times now asking for an update. I have informed them that many users are affected but I've gotten no response whatsoever. I suspect they contract with a third party for website support and no immediate fix is available, but that's just a guess...

I posted a message on the stock feed. No response.
I forwarded my original e-mail to another e-mail address within SA - maybe it will have more luck.
Based on the silence, I'm beginning to believe we're looking at some new SA policy...

Another distinct possibility is SA can't replicate the issue or they don't know how to fix it. I found a feedback comment from several weeks ago with what appeared to be an identical issue that SA couldn't replicate. They suggested the old 'clear your cookies and cache' - which I tried but made no difference.
They definitely did something - I just don't know if what they did was a 'bug' or a 'feature'. I was on the site yesterday morning when it happened; I had been reviewing my portfolio and for whatever reason I refreshed the page - and the content in the portfolio pane just didn't come back.
But I would have thought they would have the courtesy of answering one of my e-mails...

Yes my portfolio is gone in Windows10 (latest version). As someone suggested below it is still under "My Portfolio" and then "Data". I can still see it on my iPhone mobile app. I am using Chrome. I tried MS Edge and MS Internet Explorer and they didn't work either. I have java scripting turned off but manually allowed scripting and that didn't work. My portfolio used to show up.

Another issue is that the connection with the site itself is not save.Chrome is telling if you click on the i symbol .
Should i be worried about this when entering with pass words?

My Portfolio disappeared yesterday. I can still see it using the App on my phone, but not on the website itself. Help!
A relog did not help, but now after complaining about it I can see it again! Maybe you looking at it made it come out of hiding? Thanks!
