Does everybody have a problem with Alibaba

You know for some reason I keep ordering stuff from this company but I never get nothing from them and I'm starting to get trippy because they obviously they send a collection notice to me for you know whatever purchase I put on their website but I still haven't got anything from I wonder if anybody else is having this problem yeah and that's Alibaba
