price alerts are not pushing to mobile

I have had multiple price alerts trigger over the last week that failed to push to my phone. The alert still exists in the "triggered section" and I can see it triggered the day or 2 before, but no notification was sent. e.g. CIM.PD triggered a $22 price alert on Aug. 1 for me, but no notification was sent. The issue is sporadic, some of the alert are coming through.
