Share URL to article from mobile app non-existent

There is no functionality to share a URL to an article from the iPhone mobile app.

There is an option to download a PDF to my mobile device or share the PDF file with someone, but THERE IS NO OPTION TO SHARE A LINK TO AN ARTICLE VIA THE MOBILE APP.

How is this functionally missing? I have contacted support 5 times now and all they do is ask me to update the app. There is no answer about whether this is a bug or intended (lack of) feature.

Does anyone know how to share a url link from mobile? I can’t imagine this feature does not exist. If it truly does not exist, the product manager should be fired for stunting the growth of their app by limiting the ability of its current users to evangelize their product.

And I’m not attempting to share articles from a premium SA author with a subscription. I’m trying to share the basic news articles!

WOW. There is an option to share a link to my forum post via the mobile app! Clearly they know how to do this…. So WHY does that functionality not exist to share the actual articles??

I’ve been a premium subscriber for years and this is just silly. Dropping my subscription if this is not resolved soon.

At the top of your screen capture (below the icons) is the word, "Copy" (+ its icon, two pages, one overlaid the other). Click on "Copy."

Voila, the URL now is copied, with no 2nd step, to your computer's clipboard. You can paste the link into the app or email program of your choice.
