Hi there,
This was a case of bounce. Emails can also stop sending due to a bounce we received from your email provider or if you accidentally reported our emails as spam. We must obey the message from your provider due to spam regulations and we freeze your emails.
Bounces were cleared and as of now we found no bounces in your cases now so requesting you to please check your spam/junk folder for our emails. Please let us know if otherwise.
