Hi all,

Deleting or clearing messages from the message screen does not in any way reset the message counter (badge number).

The message counter is synchronized with the number of web portal messages.

If a user wants to clear the entire messages, click “Clear All“ .

If the user wants to delete a certain message, click on the right and select “Clear“.

If this does not resolve the issue, please take a screenshot of the application icon (with the badge number) and a screenshot of the web portal where the messages are displayed.

Hope this helps! Feel free to reach out in case further assistance is required.

on iOS 15.6.1, notifications count alert shows up, but when you active the field, no comment/message is seen. Confirm @Kevin(twincities) that when you switch to Profiles, then you can see the comment.

Shubham Shresth:

Your response is not a resolution to what is happening. Symptoms (under iOS 15.6.1, at least)

- On Home Screen, when you push the notification icon (with counter activated or not), the message of “No new Messages” is not showing up.

- When the counter DOES activate and you click the icon, no messages show up.

- When the counter IS active, if you switch to PROFILE, then you can see that a message is waiting.

This has nothing to do with using the CLEAR button. Hope this helps.

Now working properly. Thanks.
