Cannot stop rc chat notification emails

Hello. I tested a subscription service but decided to cancel on the same day (or the next day). But I keep getting emails that the author has commented in the rc chat forum. I cannot unsubscribe from these comments and there are too many all the time. 

The notification email has no unsubscribe link. It only says "to stop receiving these emails, change your Email preferences in the Live Chat settings." But there is no way to find this "Live Chat Settings" ?? The  subscription is cancelled.

Unsubscribe me from those emails please - they clog up my inbox. Thank you.
