"Press and Hold"

I'm getting the "to prove your not a robot" message on every single page I see, and after holding the button down, a loading bar comes up but nothing happens, and then it just says "try again" and I have to press and hold again.

Even when I click on "is this happening to you frequently?  Please report it on our feedback forum" the page that loads ALSO requires me to press and hold before I could interact with the page and report the problem, but again they results in "try again"

i have to post this concern via my phone, as I apparently can no longer use the desktop version
