Logged in but cannot access "Community" (seekingalpha.userecho.com)

SeekingAlpha must have recently changed the Community platform to this userecho thing. Now when I get e-mail alerts on topics I'm following in the forums, I can click on the link and open the topic but cannot log in to comment.


The log-in to seekingalpha.userecho.com recognizes my e-mail but not my password. I cannot log in to comment in "Community." (Prior to platform change, I could easily join in.)


I re-set my password but that didn't work. Looks like you have a database conversion fail here.

If you are already logged in to the Seeking Alpha web site, and you click on the email notification for the userecho forum you shouldn't need to login again to the userecho forum because we have single sign-in.  I found that this sometimes doesn't work on my iPhone since I am not logged in to the mobile web, but on my desktop it always works for me.  Hope this helps.
