How to Access to my NEW Premium Acct

I am new and had just purchase SA Premium at USD39/- offer price. Payment was done successfully via my PayPal acct. viz lowell.nh@gmail.com

However when I login into the SA platform, I was invited to purchase another Premium Service at $39/- again. It appears that the SA system couldn't recognize my email lowell.nh@gmail.com as well as my ID " lowell.nh ". Please assist me to access the Premium service of SA.
