$39 or $99
You keep sending me the option to sign up for $39 for premium and then when I follow the links, you want to charge me $99. That's either some questionable business practices or poor programming - neither one good for your reputation...

Similar issue here. Signed up less than 10 days as new user Price drop showed 39 promo. Contact CS and they refuse to adjust and send me legal agreement. When I content the 30 days window, they said it doesn't applied to premium subscription. They offered 499 for 3 years. It's joke.
I subscribed for the $39 premium offer late last night (27 Dec) on my android smartphone. To date I have not been able to read any articles, and my credit card was alerted to possible fraudulent activity. I have told the card company I did try to purchase the subscription to Seeking Alpha, but if my issues aren't resolved, I will be reversing the subscription charge.
