I've also stopped receiving most emails except for a couple of authors
Like others, I've stopped receiving emails from SA except for a couple of authors. I no longer receive a summary email either. I've tried deleting SA cookies and stopping/restarting the email alerts options but it didn't work. I'm using Google on a Windows 10 PC. Any idea why?

I checked and found that your emails were being blocked by your email provider and we have cleared all bounces now.
Emails can also stop sending due to a bounce we received from your email provider or if you accidentally reported our emails as spam. We must obey the message from your provider due to spam regulations and we freeze your emails.
We have cleared all the bounces now and you should start receiving all emails now.
