How many Australian stocks do you cover? If I pay for premium do you have an Asia Pacific or Australian section in addition to the US and European coverage?

As of now Seeking Alpha only covers US and Canada listed securities. We're in the process of introducing support for other regions. But unfortunately, I cannot provide an ETA on the same.
P.S: If the stocks that you're interested in are also listed in the US via OTC, ADR/ADS, you can find them on SA using the respective ticker of the security under which it trades on the US exchange.
