Not able to open mobil app after using sign in information. Used email sign in and also FB sing in Neither worked . But able to sing in on PC ???

tried to sing in to movie app, using email and pswd.  App usually opens automatically , does not sing out when close app , however today app will not open using email and pswd or i tried using FB sing in and this did not work either.  I did a pswd reset and tried to sing in and this did not work, So I used my PC and  signed in , had to use new password I used what reset the password from my mobil phone ! What gives. ??
