Keep denying me

Now all of a sudden my option to buy or ADD stocks and shares is not available after I ask what happened to my ID! Why? I have proof of purchase for Premium seeking alpha! Confirmation numbers! But seeking alpha keeps asking me to upgrade!?? Does a level exist above premium? How many times should I search my proof of purchase? Another thing I couldn't help but notice is all my posts are not showing up! 3 posts! That is definitely not all the posts I have made! Remember when seeking alpha was sending texts from my phone? I do!
