Alerts Bell Not Working

When I click on the Alert Bell there is no dropdown showing comment activity or message activity.  It is as if the Bell no longer has that function.  Am I missing a new change that occurred overnight?  January 20, 2023 today.

Go to your inox then try the bell. Main page doesn't work ATM.
