Locked out of account

I have a marketplace membership in Seeking Alpha and a High Dividend Opportunities service.  I was asked to re-set my password twice today and still cannot access my account.

Weeks ago, I changed my email account from Exxxx@cebridge.net to exxxx@gmail.com.  That seems to have started the problem.
