Open separate Live Chat & Recent Posts pages

Logistical suggestion. ... I am on 'Live Chat' page.... I would like to be able to keep this screen open AND open a separate "Recent Posts" page. System won't allow me to right click to do this.... I could do a work around but this is not ideal....... Using Firefox on a Mac

We are currently working to revamp these pages and will keep this feedback in mind. In the meantime, the best way to accomplish this is to copy the web address using copy/paste, hit ctrl-t to open a new blank tab and then paste in the address. This will give you two tabs with the ability to open one to the recent posts and the other to chat.

I already figured that one out.


Not the best solution for a site people are paying money for.


Same thing goes for the chat window. Not elegant and easy to lose track of who is saying what to whom.

SA needs a forum page with subjects and ways to post lengthy replies, etc. This chat screen is primitive.

Thanks ADow for the candid feedback. As I said, we are actively working on a significantly superior chat interface which should solve the issues you mentioned. Extending chat to mobile devices is also in the works.
