Your new comment alignment is unsatisfactory
Please revert back to older comments first instead of newer comments first. Newer comments first is a terrible idea. Those who reply to comments are out of order and make no sense becaue everything is inverted.

About the next and previous buttons for comment notifications: from what I read below, the only clear problem is that if you click on a notification and then switch the sort order, it should take you to the first notification... I can get that issue fixed asap. The next and previous buttons are meant to help the user scroll down to the next new comment or reply in the page, and it works regardless of the sort order (next scrolls down the page, prev scrolls back up). If you have a specific problem with this functionality, please let me know clearly how to reproduce it and I will get it fixed ASAP. Copy paste the URL from the address bar in your report since this is how the "New" marking is activated. Thanks, Jacob
I'm going to join in with having "newest" be default is frustrating. Having to toggle to "oldest first" each time will get old fast.
1) Please switch oldest first (your old default) back to default
2) For the users who like the newest first have it be a setting we can change in our settings so both camps can be happy.

But it doesn't remember the new size, and its still too small by default.
It is also very hard to grab the resize tag to make it bigger.
It doesn't work on an iPad, that little symbol at the bottom just isn't there. Also I agree that it would be nice if the default size wasn't so tiny, why make it so small that everyone has to adjust it every time?

The scroll function takes a while to load, you are teaching me to just ignore all comments but mine.
I am thinking about quitting seeking alpha if they don't go back to the oldest comments first or at least let me choose my own setting.
i agree with you kimbro if SA doesn't change it or give the option to change i give up and won't hunt and peck through endless comments. Why they did this is mind boggling
