Can't log on completely to Seeking Alpha

Good morning:

When I log onto the Seeking Alpha website, a pop up box appears of "Terms of Use and Privacy Policy," and the pop up asks me to "review and check off approval."  When I check off to approve, I am getting a spinning wheel that is not accepting my choice and hence, I can't log on to the Seeking Alpha site.  Can you help me please?
