Terms of use and Privacy

When signing in I get a request to review and approve the Terms of Use and Privacy.  After reviewing the 2 documents I click on the Approve and the screen then presents a spinning display and it goes no where it just keeps spinning.  I have tried the approval process many times and I get the same results (no access to Seeking Alpha).  What am I doing wrong and how do we correct this as I have no access.
