Connecting a Portfolio from LPL Financial

I am trying to connect an LPL Financial portfolio to my account. When I put my credentials into the Pop-up I receive a text to confirm it's me and enter the code. Once I hit confirm the wheel begins spinning until it says "fails to connect" and says I should try again later (which I did). The username and password are correct for the account. Is this currently an issue or is there another way to link the portfolio? Thank you.
