How to create a dividend screener

Not long ago, I was able to create a screen for dividend stocks, where I could specify things like the minimum yield I was looking for, along with the minimum for the SA, WS and QUANT ratings -- and the screener would then show me the stocks that met the criteria I specified.  Now, I can't seem to figure out how to do that.   Perhaps I just forgot how to do it -- or maybe you have eliminated this tool.  Can you help?   Thanks!
