Cant link brokerage account

First, Seeking Alpha has never successfully updated my linked brokerage account.  I have to constantly unlink, and the link again.

And now, when I went to do it, it is telling me "Your credentials are correct but we cant find an account at that brokerage firm" which is impossible.  

Any help?
