Question about a filter I wrote

I have a filter: country united states; sector/industry NA; quant, author and wall street rating buy or strong buy; dividend yield forward 6.4% to greater than 8%.  Right now it comes up with ORCC, CSWC, TSLX, CEIX, SAR.  Any idea why GLP and PAA do not come up?  They seem to meet all those conditions?  Is it because they are MLPs?  What can I change to get them included?
