MSN changed browsers and I can't access Seeking Alpha

I have tried multiple times today to regain access to my Premium account and each time failed. I used my old password, then tried to change it to a new one, and changed it, only to find that that wouldn't work either. PLEASE help.....as you have no phone number to call I feel totally helpless in trying to gain access to a site that I paid for the upgrade to.
