To premium or NOT to premium

I've thought many times about upgrading to premium, but the IT department leaves a lot to be desired. Emails frequently stop incoming and I have to request to restart the flow; the recently links to economic and financial information were removed from the daily Wallstreet Breakfast. Trials for one week of at a premium for a month ARE NOT worth it. A good trial is 6-8 weeks to realize value. The portfolio page lacks many features to be usable, worse than my financial institution; what's the purpose of linking my data? I hope this constructive feedback contributes to the betterment of your service.
