CNEP - China North East Petroleum

This company was delisted a few years ago.

In the last 3 days the website reported new activity with a price above 50$ (a stunning +28,000%) and the following volumes: 

7/18 265k;

7/19 156k;

7/22 141k. 

I own 13.500 stocks on my italian bank and I am wondering if there is some chance to get these 50$ per share...
