When I view the website on my mobile or keeps trying to force me to use the mobile version, but the mobile version doesn't have the same functionality as the desktop version so I don't want to use it.

Please stop forcing the mobile version on me until it has all the same functionality as the desktop version.  For example, the ability to like comments.  This is one of the most important features of the website so it is crazy that I am being forced to use a version of the site that doesn't have full functionality.

Unfortunately, you will find that the vast majority of mobile web sites are abbreviated compared to the desktop/laptop site (if a desktop/laptop site even exists). The important question is, who decides what gets left off of the mobile site? There are many millions of mobile-only users who have never used a desktop or laptop, and have no idea what critical information they are missing.

Seeking Alpha has a new responsive strategy where we are trying our best to achieve parity in features between our desktop and mobile web.   We have already started with the portfolio.   If you look at our new portfolio (currently deployed to premium users on desktop and all phone users (but will be made available to all users soon) it is exactly the same as the phone portfolio in the mobile web (except you need to rotate to landscape mode to see the full functionality.     We are continuing to release features in mobile web and in 2020 we are planning to redo most of the site in responsive design and technology.   Let us know what features you are missing and we will try to get them in sooner !
