Why can I see more content as an anonymous user than while logged in as a registered user?

I recently registered with SA but have noticed since doing so that there are articles that I can see while not logged in but get blocked from when logged in.  This one is an example.

This makes no sense to me.  Is there an issue with my profile or something?
