How to change account description in "following" list?

I'm reposting because my last post didn't get answered and I want to see if anyone else has a solution.

In a user's "following" list, my account description appears as follows:

I would like to change the highlighted part.

In the profile settings, I have it set to the following:

I can't seem to find out how to change the description pointed out in the first picture. Anybody have any idea where to find it? I've been through all the menus and haven't had any luck so far.
