There are LOTS of unanswered questions in the forum, and the "Contact Us" link doesn't have any means of getting to someone.
Please make sure you are looking at the portfolio you meant.
You can switch between your multiple portfolios by tapping the curser on the top of the screen
I lost my entire portfolio with the last update! If you get anything back from the ‘so called’ Service Team (based on my experience) it will be a suggestion too delete the App and
re-subscribe (that didn’t work for me).
Instead of correcting the bad update an ‘Administrator’ will forward you all the difficulties others are experiencing. Prepare yourself to receive dozens of “new topics” e-mails from this fella quoting numerous problems other subscribers are experiencing.....wow, that helps! Evidently this is done to mollify subscriber’s by making us feel better because we’re not alone (LOL)!
Also, even though (in desperation) I ‘un-subscribed’ from them, the e-mails keep rolling in.
Join me, contact the Apple App Store and complain.
