I receive daily e-mails re Articles by Sector, but cannot get to the articles listed

I receive the daily e-mail entitled Articles by Sector. However, whenever I try to open and read any article, I get diverted to a page with lots of lists but still no access to read articles

webmail not a Client program. I use Chrome browser and have same problem whether using PC or iPad
