Manually Arranging Your Portfolio instead of always having it alphabetically

Currently, the portfolio list is only listed alphabetically, but I would like to arrange manually because I have quite a few stocks on my watchlist I like putting higher priorty stocks higher up.

My vision of how it work would be:

1. Click Edit in your portfolio

2. Have a indicator to let people know that it can be moved around
