The ‘Articles You’ve Read’ section is not updating.

The ‘Articles You’ve Read’ section is not updating. New articles I have read are not appearing in that section. In addition, the New Comments section of articles I have read is not updating. Once I have reviewed the New Comments, the New Comments count remains the same.
