SA barely working on laptop

I cannot get my portfolio and my authors to display on my laptop. I login OK, but I get a "Yikes!" message. I have tried three browsers (Edge, Chrome, Opera) with the same result. I installed the SA app on my phone and could access my portfolio.

How would you rate the customer service you received?
